Indipendent Student Activities
The autonomous activities, as outlined in the Course Study Plan, encompass all experiences within and outside the educational life of the Institute that students undertake over the three-year course. These activities need to be closely related to the main themes of the course itself and should enrich the student's cultural and professional knowledge. The student's autonomous activities must be self-certified and submitted to the administration before requesting the final synthesis exam documents for validation by the Director and the allocation of Academic Credits. The form below should be carefully completed and submitted to the academic secretariat, accompanied by attached entry tickets (where possible).
Students' autonomous activities can encompass a wide range of experiences that enrich their educational and professional journey. Here are some examples of what may fall under these autonomous activities: Participation in competitions: Engaging in design, communication or other relevant competitions aligned with the course of study. Exhibitions and showcases: Displaying personal projects or works in exhibitions or galleries, both individually and as part of a group. Conferences and symposiums: Attending academic or professional events where relevant topics within the field of study are discussed. Seminars and workshops: Participating in intensive training sessions on specific themes, often led by industry experts. Independent research projects: Conducting autonomous research on topics related to the course of study, documenting findings in reports or publications. Editorial or publishing activities: Writing articles, reviews, or contributions for academic or professional publications. Volunteering or non-mandatory internships: Engaging in voluntary initiatives or internships that offer learning and personal growth opportunities. Interdisciplinary projects: Collaborating with other students or professionals on projects that integrate various disciplines or approaches. Networking and professional collaboration: Participating in networking events, establishing professional contacts, and collaborating with companies or organizations in the relevant sector. Personal development activities: Training courses, private lessons, or other activities aimed at improving personal or professional skills. These activities not only enhance students' cultural and professional knowledge but also contribute to their personal growth and readiness for the workplace within the specific field of their study.
